You can use the list below to check whether your device supports eSIM technology. Please note that eSIM availability may vary depending on your device model, country, region, or mobile carrier.
Arivia Sim regularly updates this compatibility list, but it may not include every supported device currently available on the market. If your device is not listed, we recommend contacting the manufacturer or your mobile carrier directly to confirm eSIM compatibility.
To use an Arivia Sim eSIM, your device must:
- Support eSIM technology
- Be carrier/network unlocked
- Support mobile data functionality
Important Compatibility Information
Even if your device model supports eSIM technology, your specific device may still be restricted if:
- It is carrier/network locked
- eSIM functionality is disabled by the carrier
- The regional version does not include eSIM support
We strongly recommend verifying compatibility directly with your device manufacturer or carrier before purchasing an eSIM.

How to Check if Your Android Device Is Carrier Locked
The steps may vary slightly depending on the Android manufacturer and mobile carrier, but in most cases you can check using one of the methods below.
Method 1: SIM Card Test
The easiest way to check if your Android device is carrier locked is to:
- Turn off your device
- Insert a SIM card from another mobile carrier
- Turn the device back on
- Try making a call or using mobile data
If your device shows messages such as:
- "SIM not supported"
- "Network locked"
- "Invalid SIM"
- "SIM network unlock PIN"
then your device is likely carrier locked.
Method 2: Check in Settings (Samsung & Some Android Devices)
- Open Settings
- Tap Connections or Network & Internet
- Tap Mobile Networks
- Look for carrier lock or network lock information
Some devices may display whether the device is locked directly in the SIM or network settings.
Important Notes
- Carrier-locked devices may not support international eSIMs
- Some carriers restrict eSIM installation entirely
- Devices purchased through payment plans are often locked until fully paid off
- Even if your phone supports eSIM, it must also be network unlocked to work with Arivia Sim
If you are unsure, we strongly recommend contacting your mobile carrier before purchasing an eSIM.
