Question 1

How do I activate my Arivia eSIM with a QR code?

Accepted Answer

After purchase, you'll receive a QR code by email. Simply go to your phone's settings, select "Add eSIM," and scan the code. Your data plan activates instantly — no store visit, no physical SIM needed.

Question 2

Will my Arivia eSIM work when I arrive at my destination?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Your Arivia eSIM connects automatically to a local network as soon as you land. Just make sure your phone is eSIM compatible and that data roaming is enabled in your settings.

Question 3

How much data do I need for a 1-week trip abroad?

Accepted Answer

For a typical 1-week trip, 3–5 GB is enough for maps, messaging, and social media. If you plan to stream videos, use navigation constantly, or work remotely, our 10 GB plan is a great fit. For heavy users or longer stays, our 20 GB plan gives you total peace of mind — no counting, no worrying, just seamless connectivity the whole trip.

Question 4

What happens when I run out of data on my eSIM plan?

Accepted Answer

Once your data allowance is used up, your internet connection will stop. But don't worry — you can easily top up your plan anytime through your customer dashboard on the Arivia Sim website and get back online within minutes.
